History
After working in the field of speech pathology for 25 + years both. Cornelia and Kathryn needed more. More support as therapists working in busy environments that valued productivity over people and their welfare. More joy in the work environment. More time for clients. More connection to colleagues. More understanding of the dynamics in the families we work with.
C2C is our answer to all this. The environment created here is supportive to SLPs and clients alike. The pressure of the corporate model of productivity is alleviated, and we have the time, energy, and good will to collaborate with and appreciate the people for whom we provide speech language services. The outcome is a work environment in which therapists and clients thrive.
